The Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise
Support Technichian credential allows you distinguish yourself
as an IT professional with the current skills and proven job-role
capabilities to work effectively with a comprehensive set of Microsoft
technologies. The MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician credential
validates the knowledge and skills required to deploy and support
the Windows Vista operating system in an Enterprise environment.
Upon completion of the program participants will
have the ability to install Vista, maintain and Optimize Windows
Vista, , configure Windows Vista enviroments, desktop and applications.
Students will also have the ability to configure and secure Windows
Vista security, network connectivity, Internet Explorer, define
users and groups, perform backup and restores.
Minimal of one year experience in a help desk environment.
